1、Calendering molding It is through the calender press mixed rubber into a certain thickness and a certain width of the film, called calender molding, suitable for the production of simple sheet and plate products.Some silicone seals, such as tires, tapes, hoses and other textile fiber materials, must be coated on the fiber with a thin layer of glue, also known as adhesive or adhesive, the adhesive process is generally completed on a calender.
2、Molding Some silicone seals with complex shapes, such as cups and seals, are heated and molded through the molded yin and yang molds.
3、Injection molding It is a kind of plastic mixed rubber into the hopper of the extruder, under the extrusion of screws, through a variety of mouth shapes, also known as models for continuous molding methods, for complex silicone sealing rings.Before pressing out, the rubber must be preheated, so that the rubber is soft, easy to extrude, to obtain a smooth surface, accurate size of silicone sealing ring.
