Nitrile rubber NBR
Rubber material
product manual
It is made by copolymerizing butadiene and acrylonitrile. There are five types of acrylonitrile. The more acrylonitrile content, the better the oil resistance, but the cold resistance will decrease accordingly. The general temperature range is -25 ~ 100 ℃. Nitrile rubber is one of the most commonly used rubber materials for oil seals and O-rings.
Product Features
advantage:
1. Good resistance to oil, water, solvents and oil.
2, with good compression deformation, grinding and elongation.
Disadvantages:
1. Not suitable for use in polar solvents, such as ketones, ozone, nitro hydrocarbons, MEK and chloroform.
Product Usage
1. Used to make oil-resistant products, such as fuel tanks, lubricating oil tanks, and rubber parts, tubing, tapes, rubber diaphragms, and large oil sacs in petroleum-based hydraulic, soda, silicone grease, silicone oil and other media. Oil-resistant products, such as O-rings, oil seals, leather bowls, diaphragms, bellows, etc.
2. It is also used to make rubber sheets and wear-resistant parts. It is currently the most widely used and lowest cost rubber seal.
