Reciprocating Vee Packing Seals V Ring Sets

Product Introduction

The VP/R is a fabric-reinforced, high wear resistance, chevron seal ring assembly with a seal ring consisting of a support ring(bottom adapter) and a pressure ring(top adapter).

The VP/R seals feature a preloaded radial lip design that provides a good seal. This assembly is not sensitive to the sealing surface finish. The male and female adapters are used to complete a set of V-shapes and help seal during compression; the V-shaped packing can be optimized by changing the material to accommodate different chemicals, temperatures and pressures.

Application Suggestion
