Vibration proof Rubber Ultra Bush
A Versatile, rugged and proven anti-vibration mounting. The IOS bushes are manufactured from high quality rubber which is bonded between two concentric sleeves. Designed to accommodate torsional, radial and axial movement within a system, whilst also offering vibration attenuation properties. The rubber is pre-stresses to provide high durability during dynamic loads and prolong service life.
They can be either fully bonded to provide maximum durability or alternatively the rubber can be semi-bonded, where the rubber is only bonded to the inner metal sleeve, to allow for additional movement.
Unlike traditional bearings, the IOS bushings require no lubrication and maintenance is minimal meaning that they are ideal for a variety of application, such as:
