Silicone Sanitary Gaskets can withstand temperature extremes, radiation, corona, ozone exposure, moisture and steam.

We recommend considering Silicone Gaskets when it is not feasible to use PTFE Gaskets due to severely misaligned fittings, or if the cost of high pressure clamps outweighs the benefits of PTFE (extended service life).

Unlike PTFE, Silicone gaskets are very flexible at low temperatures. They are also odorless, tasteless, non-toxic, and hygienic.

With the ability to be autoclaved, irradiated and gas sterilized, Platinum Cured Silicone Gaskets provide you with the ultimate high purity contact surface.

The platinum curing process minimizes the reaction between the gasket and process fluids.

These gaskets are post cured and will not cause cell mutation or growth retardation.
