Combining the elasticity and tightness of rubber with the chemical resistance of PTFE, it is composed of a silicone or fluorine rubber inner core and a relatively thin FEP or PFA outer cover. The universal seal has excellent Sealing performance. Rubber O-rings are easy to wear, have poor chemical resistance and gas permeability resistance. Pure PTFE O-rings have higher hardness and can resist compression but have poor elasticity. The outer covering FEP/PFA O-ring has good swelling resistance and chemical stability (unless it is corroded by alkali metals, fluorine and some halides at high temperatures). It has good elasticity near the rubber O-ring, FEP The friction coefficient of /PFA is very small (only 0.1~0.2), and it has excellent resistance to gas permeability. These properties enable the Pan & Poor's sealing ring to be truly used in harsh environments.
