Production Introduction

As a sealing material,encapsulated o ring is compounded from a special high resistant rubber and fluoro plastic by a unique processing technology.It not only has low compression permanent set of rubber O-ring.but also offers performance of fluoro plastic,which resists heat,cold,oil,wear,chemical corrosion,etc.

FEP encapsulated O-rings comprise of an elastomer core which has been seamlessly encapsulated in a jacket of Teflon® fluoropolymer. The core is either Viton ®, Silicone or EPDM. The jacket is FEP or PFA.
