PTFE Coated Rubber Diaphragm
It‘s mainly used for diaphragms of pneumatic pumps，metering pumps, and diaphragm valves in the decompression and booster series. PTFE diaphragm is widely used in petrochemical industry, coal machinery, water treatment, papermaking, textile, pharmaceutical,food, metallurgy and other industries.
Our PTFE coated diaphragms are designed and manufactured to withstand extreme high temperature and for abrasive resistance while reducing friction in case of repeated use for long running cycles. Base diaphrams can be made from any elastomer that is suitable with customer specification and then we use our in-house PTFE coating process to ensure reliable bonding of PTFE that results in to longer operating life for the diaphragms.
