A rolling diaphragm is a type of flexible sealing component used in various engineering applications, particularly in mechanisms where a hermetic or pneumatic seal is required between two adjacent components that have relative motion. It is designed to provide a seal while accommodating axial, angular, and radial movement between the connected parts.

 

The rolling diaphragm is shaped like a top hat in the free state. It is made of rubber with silk cloth. The middle hole on the top is used for installing the valve stem. In order to fit, fix and seal, the top and bottom can be equipped with 0 type edge changer, or the bottom surrounding with mounting hole.
