PTFE With EPDM Combined Rubber Gasket

The PTFE bonded EPDM rubber gasket is manufactured from the PTFE film bonded directly to the EPDM rubber gasket. It is with an unique outer sealing ring around each bolt hole is added for additional sealing safety. The PTFE bonded EPDM rubber gaskets are designed with dual, concentric and convex sealing rings to aid optimum sealing at lower bolt loads. It offers superior sealing for hazard media at low bolt torque. The unique inner PTFE sealing ring provided an additional sealing safety for both gases and liquids.
They are made by PTFE bonded EPDM gaskets, as PTFE can resist -250℃ to 250℃, and EPDM can resist only -40℃ to 150℃
PTFE parts made in 0.5mm thickness each side, and EPDM part made in 2mm thickness. Thus, the gaskets can be replaced to Pure solid PTFE, or EPDM gaskets, to be used in Chemical conditions.
